2022 wraps up my eight year in real estate
For the 2nd year in a row, we hit a huge milestone by hitting over $20 million in real estate sales! Additional milestones worth mentioning:
- Out of 24,000 local agents, I ranked #222 last year earning the title of top 1% of agents in Central Florida for 2022!
- I took the leap and passed my broker exam in March
- Kelly French Real Estate, Inc. was born on April 14, 2022. We now have 4 licensed real estate agents and 5 support staff on our team!
- We moved into our new office in Winter Garden in August 2022
- Again, over 85% of our business this year was in assisting absentee owners sell their second homes and investment properties in the short-term rental market and assisting investors such as yourself build their real estate investment portfoli
Personally, our family had a huge year as well!
- We sold our house in February with plans to build on the vacant land we purchased in 2021
- In August, we found our dream house, bought it in September & sold our vacant land (life of a Realtor!)
- We made great strides with our non-profit, The French Family Foundation, and have a goal to raise $50,000 in 2023 to give back to our local community amongst other goals.
We are so excited for 2023 and the anticipation of what it holds. Our passion continues to serve the local short term rental community by assisting International and U.S. absentee owners with buying and selling investment properties, vacation homes and second homes in Central Florida and around the globe!
